Anyone know what's going on? It was derelict literally for years. Then recently L&I cleaned it out and posted orange no trespassing signs. They came down in about a week, and were replaced by smaller white signs that I couldn't read from the street. Now, no signs, no nothing. Was it cleared and sold that quickly?
