Hillside and the playground on Belmont Ave across from the cemetery has a tennis court and basketball courts... can't think of the name off hand though.

Inn Yard Park on Ridge Ave. has both; playground for children ages 2-12.

The Bala Cynwyd (I know I spelled that wrong) -- across the bridge on Belmont near Mama Mia's is great. THey have a basketball pole with baskets at three different levels including a small-kid size. Tennis courts, playground, and the stream.
