New no-overnight-parking signs along Cresson Street

Today, SEPTA posted no-overnight-parking signs facing the train station spots along Cresson Street.

Does anyone know how long this has been in the works? Residents were given no notice.

Odd, since that isn't listed as a station with a prohibition on overnight parking.

Assuming this wasn't some mixup, I'd guess the no notice was by design.
