Allen Funt ? AH-HA-HA-HA. That show was great back then.

I like how you ignored Lauren Bacall, BB King, and Peter Falk.

    Michael Douglas (I) (65) 1944
Born: New Brunswick, New Jersey / Birth name: Michael Kirk Douglas / Height: 5' 11" (1.80 m)
One of Hollywood's most sought after leading men. Known for his command on stage
and who can forget that powerful voice. Comes from an Entertainment Industry family.
Michael Douglas was launched into super stardom when he took the lead role in
    ‘Fatal Attraction’ (1985).
Certainly he has made his mark in Hollywood and is one of the most bankable stars in industry.
The elder of two children to father Kirk and mother Diana.
His parents divorced when he was six, and he went to live with his mother and her new husband.
Only seeing Kirk on holidays, Michael went to a strict boarding school
where he was about a year younger than all of his classmates.
Deciding he wanted to be an actor in his teenage years, Michael often asked his father about
getting a 'foot in the door'. Kirk was strongly opposed to Michael pursuing an acting career,
claiming that it was an industry with many downs and few ups, such a depressing industry
that he wanted all four of his sons to stay out of it. But Michael was persistent.
When he first started his career in the early 1970s people were all too ready to tag him as
'The next Kirk Douglas' but Michael defied all those critics by accepting wimpy, hippy, quiet
roles, a far cry from the leading man, all American hero roles that his father was most famous for.
It didn't earn him much credibility, but it earned him his own identity.
Attended Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, MA.
Graduated from the University of California / Graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall.
    Spouses: Catherine Zeta-Jones (18 November 2000 - present) 2 children
    Diandra Douglas (20 March 1977 - June 2000) (divorced) 1 child
Has two sons: Cameron Morrell (b. 13 December 1978), with Diandra Luker,
and Dylan Michael (b. 8 August 2000), with Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Is of Russian-Jewish, Scottish, and Irish heritage.
Movie debut at age 22 in ‘Cast a Giant Shadow’ (1966) (uncredited) as a Jeep driver.
He won 1976 Oscar for ‘Best Picture’ for: “One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest” (1975)
    Shared with: Saul Zaentz.
He won 1988 Oscar for ‘Best Actor in a Leading Role’ for: ‘Wall Street’ (1987)
As of 2002, he and Sir Laurence Olivier are the only two people in history to win Oscars for
both Best Picture and Best Actor (although Olivier won them simultaneously for the same film).
2008: Latest movie roles all at age 65 in ‘The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past’ (2009)
(post-production) as Uncle Wayne, ‘Beyond a Reasonable Doubt’ (2009) (post-production),
‘Racing the Monsoon’ (2009) (pre-production) and ‘Solitary Man’ (2009) (pre-production).
Michael Douglas is exactly 25 years older then his actress wife Catherine Zeta-Jones.

My #1 Celebrity Birthday Person for September 27th is
    Michael Jack Schmidt (60) 1949
Born: Dayton, Ohio / MLB player / Batted: right / Threw: right
Played Entire Career for: Philadelphia Phillies.
Elected to Hall of Fame by BBWAA: 1995 / 444 votes of 460 ballots
    cast: 96.52%
Did you know ... that on June 10, 1974, Mike Schmidt hit a ball off
    a speaker hanging
from the Astrodome roof, over 100 feet above the field and 300 feet
    from home plate?
Baltimore Bob’s favorite Baseball Trivia Question:
Also that he along with one other former MLB player Ralph Kiner
who played for The Pittsburgh Pirates are the only two ever to hit
Four consecutive Home Runs ‘Twice’ in their careers.
Ralph did it in multiple games in 1947 and 1949 while
Mike Schnidt, 3B, Philadelphia Phillies (NL), April 17, 1976.
At Wrigley Field, Chicago in a 10 inning game won by the Phillies 18-16
Mike hit 4 consecutive home runs in this one game
Becoming the fourth person (thru 1976) to perform that feat in a
    single game.
He hit 38 home runs with 107 RBI's in 160 games during the 1976 season.
His season batting average was .262, with 153 hits.

Retirement: Injuries to Schmidt's rotator cuff caused him to miss
    much of the 1988 season.
After a poor start to the 1989 season, Schmidt chose to suddenly
    announce his retirement
in San Diego, on May 29. Known as "Captain Cool" by many in
    Philadelphia sports circles,
Schmidt surprised many with an emotional, and occasionally tearful,
    retirement speech.
Despite his poor start and subsequent retirement, or because of it,
fans again voted Schmidt to the NL All-Star team.
Baltimore Bob attended Mike's last game in San Francisco which was
    on Sunday, May 28
Phillies lost to Giants 8-5 at Candlestick Park it was their 5th
    straight loss which would go
    to 11 in a row. W: Rick Reuschel (9-2) L: Ken Howell (5-3) S: Mike LaCoss.
Baltimore Bob would also attend his 2nd (1st in Philly) All-Star
    game that season in Anaheim.
    Hall of Fame Plaque:
An unprecedented combination of power and defense made Mike Schmidt
    one of the
game's greatest third basemen. The powerful right-handed hitter
    slugged 548 home runs,
belting 40 or more long balls in three separate seasons and hitting
    over 30 home runs 10
other times. His 48 homers in 1980 are the most ever in a single
    season by a third baseman.
    A three-time National League MVP, he was a 12-time All-Star and won
    10 Gold Gloves.
Schmidt was named the ‘Sporting News’ Player of the Decade for the 1980s.
