It kills me that they're trying to use some sort of psychological disorder as a defense. I mean come on... if you really wanted to, you could probably argue that anyone who knowingly commits any crime is suffering from some mental disorder or another that caused them to do it. What are we supposed to do as a society? Say, "Oh, we're sorry that you did this because you are mentally ill. Please, carry on with your child raping."
