Question - can anyone see a potential downside of filling out the request for the Homestead exemption? I do find it somewhat odd to be requesting an exemption before we know either the exemption amount or the tax change we'll experience with AVI, but I guess better to be ahead of the game.

As stated the Exemption would reduce the value of your home by $15K. Homestead Exemptions have been in effect all over Pennsylvania. NJ has a similar program with different rules.

Apparently they updated the form to a new send to address that's in the city. I already sent my to willow grove so now what do I do?
