    The Philadelphia School CEO does not have a superintendents certification, makes $300,000 a year plus a city pension. Where did this guy come from?

    PGW. He's a business manager, which SDP clearly needs. The Chief Academic Officer has a superintendent's certification.

    He's not a CEO, he's a Chief Recovery Officer - a temporary position until a new superintendent is selected
