It is not new that App has been around for awhile you have to pay every month for the update So Why pay for it. Because like most of todays society they're too lazy to take the time and do actual research on their own, or put down that $400 phone/electronic device for a minute. The criminals love a lazy niave society that are always peering into a phone/IPad as they creep up on them to bust them over the head and take their belongings.
