What a joke! I thought at least Jim Kenney was anti-DROP? I guess that was just political doubletalk.
I will be the first to blame the tea party. They are the excuse for every problem now aren't they?
You can't really blame the council for voting for this. It slightly improves and lowers the cost of DROP. Yes it should be abolished altogether, but Nutter is spinning this thing pretty hard. Anyone who voted against the current bill at this point is really voting for a worse version of DROP.
Now if we can get a bill to abolish DROP to vote, then we can start taking names.
