    Default Philadelphia and "problems" PHA, School District, Sheriff's office, Cops locked up

    Just a list of MAJOR problems for this lousy city.

    PHA director
    School district and SRC bullcrap
    Sheriff office
    Mayor
    cops being locked up and arrested.

    No; ddd is a poster who's been around for some time, just posts sporadically. I think but am not certain, that ddd lives in QV or BV and has political affiliations of some sort--or like the rest of us loathes many of them.
