Having been a write-in candidate for Councilmanic 5 in 2007, I can tell you its all about those silly little "official ballot" slips of paper some yahoo slips you before you enter the polling place (and in some instances after you enter). Its about Ward committees and "walk around money." It's about smart and educated people who are too lazy to invest a modicum of time then b***h and moan when things don't go their way, and people who are easily swayed by emotionally-charged rhetoric. I'd vote for Adam too!
