I suggest (if you haven't done so already) posting a pic, posting a lengthy description of your experience, completing the background check, getting CPR certified and applying to people's posted ads. I had a lot of replies to my ad that were completely uncomprehensible or otherwise off putting. We interviewed the first nanny who sent a thoughtful, detailed reply and hired her.

I agree with Brooke. Every year I need a school drop off city and I am usually successful with a person who takes the time to answer the ad properly. My most off putting reply was a woman who kept reiterating that she would want COD. Yes, she used that term. One would wonder if she ahd ever met a child before.
