Handy Person Wanted

We live in southwest Philadelphia, and are seeking someone who can do the following jobs around our house:

1) Patch four drywall holes and re-anchor a towel rack;
2) Hang a flat screen TV, anchoring into metal studs;
3) Install an outside light;
4) Securing approximately half a dozen sockets (so when you pull out a plug, the socket doesn't follow);
5) Caulking around four interior window frames, and two lintels.
