We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of life cycle management plans for assigned product lines. A B.S. in Marketing or Engineering is required, and an MBA is preferred. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated marketing experience in brand/product management, including a history of leading successful new product launches, preferably in pharmaceutical or CPG industries. Major responsibilities include:

Developing Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents by identifying unmet customer need, scientific innovation, and trends through market research, sales analysis, clinical publications, and presentations
Acting as point person for project management, leading cross-functional teams in the execution of delivering new and improved products to market
Proactively analyzing, tracking, and reporting on relevant product and project information
Managing all elements of product lifecycle, from launch through maturity
Implementing marketing strategies and programs that drive demand for our new releases and offerings
Developing and implementing effective models for forecasting demand
Collaborating with sales for development of downstream, tactical product strategies, competitive responses, and programmatic campaigns to hep maximize sales performance
The Product Manager must be highly skilled and effective at project management, with outstanding planning and organization skills with high attention to detail. Familiarity with MS Project or an equivalent project management tool is a plus. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously, with a proven ability to think critically, analytically, and creatively. In addition, the ability to effectively present to and communicate with all levels of the organization is required.
