Job Opportunity: Administrative/Personal Assistant

Local individual with multiple civic involvements, including leadership responsibility for a family office, is seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant. Responsibilities are diverse and include bookkeeping, monthly bank reconciliation, general office support, front-desk tasks, and personal errands.
Experience with Quicken is a plus. Strong PC skills are required. The selected individual will be a highly organized and excellent communicator who is reliable, poised, diplomatic, flexible, and adaptable. A professional and can-do approach to work is preferred.
This is a full-time position with benefits and requires access to a personal automobile and the ability to pass a full background and driving check. The work location is smoke-free.
