Hey All,
I need two average-sized bedrooms recarpeted in my South Philly rowhome. Any company suggestions? I'd like to deal with a company that can both supply the carpet immediately (rather than having to place an order and wait two weeks for product to arrive), as well as install. Thanks much.

We recently used Klienhoffer Carpet One on 8th/Bainbridge for carpet replacement in two rooms in our house. We did it as two separate installs (for our ease, moving stuff from room to room) for a total of about 275 sq ft. I think they are competitevely priced for smaller rooms but they roll up the install/pad/carpet into one price, so you have to do the math yourself to see if its worth it for you compared to Lowes/Avalon who charge a separate install fee. We wanted to support a local company so I didn't mind paying a little more. The salesman Joe steered us away from a more expensive carpet to a mid-priced carpet with the premium pad, and we are very satisfied. The carpet arrived for us in about a week and installed at our convenience. Quick and friendly, I'd use them again if I carpet more rooms in my house.
