Disposing of paint in Philadelphia?

I see there are 'events' were I can drop stuff off. Philly Streets Department: Hazardous Waste

The dates are not great though. Are there any locations I can bring the paint to?

I have the same problem. You used to be able to discard paint if you had some sort of drying agent in the cans, such as kitty litter. I didn't see any provisions for that when I was looking.

I thought you could just put in the gutter?
