Contractor Recommendation - Basement Finishing

I own a small two-story South Philly row home (approximately 1000 sq ft) and am thinking of finishing off the basement which is currently used strictly for laundry and storage. I'm not looking to do anything too fancy - maybe add a small half bathroom and clean up the space - I still want to use it for storage and laundry - but would also like to add a small sitting area if possible.

Looking for contractor recommendations.
