Rooftop Air Conditioner Repair

Can anyone make a recommendation for an HVAC repairman or company that typically does work on rooftop units? In order to work on the AC unit for my apartment a 30-40' ladder is required to get to the first level of the roof, and then an additional 8 foot ladder is required to go up one more level from the landing. Unfortunately, the guy who used to service it is no longer available, and I have been through three companies so far who are unwilling to pull a second ladder up to get to the upper area of the roof. I am getting really frustrated with trying to find someone who can repair the AC. Thanks
