Hi! My South Philly rowhome needs a new basement window and I'm interested in a block glass style with appropriate venting needed for my dryer. I currently have a jalousie style window and the dryer vent is snaked up against the window, allowing for ventilation.

I'm kinda stuck though - I've called a few places that were recommended on this site for window replacement and nobody has taken the job b/c I'm only interested in replacing one window. It is too small a job for them. I'm very frustrated and would love to have any recommendations on someone who would be willing to take a small job like this.

I also want to replace/repave my backyard concrete - it's s small space 13ft x 13ft roughly. If I can find someone to do both jobs, great! If not, I'd like to get any recommendations on a concrete contractor who would be willing to do a small job like this.
