The drain cover in they alley next to my house is busted and the concrete around it is failing, so if water pools at all in the alley, it goes into the cracks around the drain instead of the drain itself. I'm afraid if it continues I'll end up with foundation issues since this is right next to my basement wall. I need someone with enough knowledge to replace the drain cover and also repair the concrete and the drain itself, if needed. This is the original cast iron drain. Would a regular plumber be able to do it, or is there some other kind of worker I should be looking for? Thanks in advance!
