Nice find. Pencoyd was, I think, the name of the Roberts estate on the west bank of the Schuylkill that became Bala Cynwyd. It also had a railroad station years ago. I know some of the descendants who just recently sold the last portion of the estate out of family hands since 1682 or thereabouts.
