    I don't believe those are benches, just construction barriers they were using at the time to keep traffic from the newly redone road surface.

    Default The Saint Joan of Arc School in Harrowgate – Frankford Ave. and Venango St. – 1922




    The houses on the left eventually got torn down for a convent around 1950. 3500 Block of Frankford Ave.


    Architect: George Ashdown Audsley who also designed St Edward the Confessor Church. 8th and York Streets, and the Wanamaker Organ.
