I'm searching for a movie that was filmed in Philly; it documents a very specific portion of Philadelphia's history!

Searching for a virtually unknown movie that was filmed at Philadelphia State Hospital/PSH/Byberry...

I have been searching for it...for over two years and I'm at a loss for what I am supposed to do at this point. I am under the specific impression that many users, probably most of them, on these forums really stick to the forums & the individual threads that have their specific interests. And beyond those few specific discussions they don't pay attention to the rest of this site. For example, I asked about anyone knowing the existence of this documentary in the Classic Horror Film Fans social group on here & got nothing. I am also under the specific impression that this history forum contains users who actually care about Philadelphia & are not merely on here to gab with there internet friends. So, although asking about this documentary in different specific forums on this site may be considered by some to multiple postings, which to some would be considered SPAM, I hope that it will be recognized as an honest attempt to actually find someone who can tell me what I want to know about this documentary.

There is a clip of the movie on YT, Dailymotion, & a few other sites, called "Byberry Bill" and it is from a documentary film called "Final Asylum: The Closing Of Philadelphia State Hospital".

It's not on imdb or any other website that specifically talks about movies, that I have seen, ...that is if you don't count the ones where I have posted in the forums asking if someone else has ever heard of it, etc.
