Default Hot Super Healthy Drink for the Winter

If I tell you what it is, then you will think that it is very unhealthy. But you make it with very healthy ingredients. First buy raw cacao powder from a health food store (Essene has it). Cacao is the unprocessed chocolate. Then get raw agave to sweeten it or raw honey.

Then add it to hot water, but not burning hot and you will have hot chocolate with all raw ingredients. Studies show that chocolate can reduce high blood pressure. It is loaded with anti-oxidants. Green and white tea are healthy but they are not raw. Raw foods expert, David Wolfe, says that raw cacao is the healthiest food that you can eat.

I have a book called Superfoods Rx: How to Unlock the Power of Foods to Prevent and Even Cure Disease by an MD. It lists the 23 healthiest foods and they include dark chocolate and honey. It also includes avocado, apples, beans, blueberries, broccoli, garlic, kiwi, oats, onions, oranges, soy, spinach, tea, tomatoes and walnuts. It also includes similar foods to these like blueberries include grapes, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and others.

This site has everything about chocolate. It must be about 25 pages long.

I prefer a healthful stout.

Here is a recipe I found to make it taste great.
4 C almond milk
4 ounces raw cacao beans
1/2 C raw honey
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Blend ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you have a high-powered blender, you can continue blending until the mixture begins to heat up. Or, you can warm your hot chocolate using one of the methods I mentioned here — either using a double boiler or a mason jar submerged in hot water.

Here's a better recipe:
one pint of Haagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream, a little soft
1/2 cup of ice cold, almost frozen, whole milk
one banana, crushed
teaspoon of vanilla extract

Blend on high until thick and creamy.
Enjoy!

2 ounces Whiskey, 6 ounces coffee. Make sure the coffee is hot, but not burning hot.

I won't take anything seriously from a site called "astrologyzine". Although I must admit it does sound tasty.
