Default Vitamin D Unlocks Racial Differences in Blood Pressure /Vitamin D May Ease Menstrual Cramps

I came across this: Vitamin D unlocks racial differences in blood pressure

The researchers found that, overall, Blacks had significantly lower levels of vitamin D in their blood than Whites and blood levels of vitamin D were linked to systolic blood pressure. Differences in vitamin D levels between Blacks and Whites accounted for a quarter of the difference in blood pressure readings between the two groups. When the researchers excluded participants on blood pressure medication, the effect of vitamin D explained 40 percent of the difference in blood pressure.

As far as more factors contributing to this I have noticed that in the Manayunk area, you have many nice restaurants to eat at and also 2 pizza places that serve vegan pizza and a steak sandwich place with tofu and seitan fake-cheese steaks but no fast food places. Whereas around Germantown and Chelton with many more people of color you have lots of fast food places with really greasy fries.

I found the above site since the New York Times blog article that I was reading had a link to it. Jane Brody wrote a book on nutrition a few decades ago.

Once McDonalds announced that they were going to switch to a healthier oil for fries and an employee told me that they would not since people like the greasy fries. I wondered how this employee could disagree with the corporate office. But it turned out that she was right. I was reading a comment on this blog and someone left this:

Vitamin D Can Ease Menstrual Cramps

Vitamin D is a steroid hormone. Here is California's premier endocrinologist, Joe Prendergast M.D. talking about the many things that vitamin D can do. He says that it increases the immune system from 3-5 times.

That could also apply to Donald Trump! He and his daughter (Ivanka), both, graduated from Wharton.

I don't think he went to school at Wharton. Hi is just wearing their t-shirt.

In the first link "Introduction" page, Ecochuck says he attended Drexel but he doesn't mention earning a college degree.

Reduced vitamin D values may be found in men and women of almost all generations as well as children as well as aging adults. There are numerous things which may play a role in this difficulty. Up coming are a couple of the widespread reasons in regards to low levels of vitamin D inside the body:

The internal coating of the skin area makes importance of vitamin D employing sun rays. If a person doesn't have sufficient exposure to the sunlight, she or he may well produce vitamin D deficit. For example, shortage of sun rays in particular physical spots as with the upper hemisphere get the persons residing right now there vulnerable to this condition. It is extremely frequent with older people because their tiny ageing epidermis will need more time and energy to make vitamin D. If they're not subjected to sunshine for extended period, the degree of vitamin D lessens within their body system. Vitamin D levels on infants results in being minimal since their systems don't get a sufficient amount of sun rays. All those who have lupus surely have incredibly delicate dermis and cannot accept natural light for a long period of time. They will experience this type of deficit since they want to avoid sunshine.

The Donald doesn't have cancer & neither does Dr. Donald L. Trump, the man you meant to mention. He's a professor of medicine with the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The Dr. does research about Vitamin D & is in the video you posted. Google him.

    You truly deserve superaids.

Black people have lower vitamin d levels because of their darker pigmentation. And guess what? Despite the lower rates, they have less problems with osteoporosis.
    Vitamin D and African Americans

Oh. And go **** yourself. Donald Trump doesn't have cancer you idiot.

You do not have to have cancer to fight it! Doctors fight diseases that they have never had (for their patients).

Ok, so sign me up for the super vitamin D supplement you are selling. With any luck I can participate in a multi-level marketing scam where I can recruit all my friends and family and you can make all the money being higher up the pyramid. Just what I was looking for. Now excuse me while I go back to smashing my thumb with a hammer because there are studies that show high levels of endorphins fight athletes foot.
