Once-a-Month Women's Wellness Yoga Classes

This once-a-month class is designed for women who suffer from pelvic and lower abdominal issues, such as infertility and chronic pain. Each class will be thoughtfully designed to include a sequence of active poses, and a sequence of restorative asana. These postures are intended to relieve tension in and increase blood flow to the pelvic/lower abdominal region. Through breath exercise and the grounding nature of the postures, we will work to surrender and relieve mental and emotional stress.
These classes will draw together a group of women and form a supportive community to aid you on your path to wellness.
