    Default Foods That Fight Cancer

These articles are by webmd.com. In the first one they are listing vitamin D as a food. I personally would not call vitamin D a food, but what do I know. This suggests a diet that is two-thirds plant-based foods to one-third animal foods.

Dr. Susan Silberstein (PhD) founded the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. She suggests 80% plant based foods to 20% animal foods.

    Cancer Fighting Foods

This next article lists a lot more foods and suggestions. Tea, especailly green tea, is listed in 2 of their suggestions. One is tea and the other is water. Tea is more than 99% water. Tap and spring water are not 100% water since they contain minerals and other things in them. In chemical experiments they want the purest water so they use triple distilled water.

This article suggests no animal foods but does suggest avoiding certain meats and avoiding certain ways of cooking meat. A lot of these foods are very good for general foods like berries, colorful fruits and vegetables, tomatoes, grapes, leafy greens, beans and tumeric.

The MD who wrote the book Anticancer says that the curcumin in tumeric is not very bioavailable. He says that eating it with black pepper makes it 100 times more bioavailable.
Lab studies show it [curcumin] can suppress the transformation, proliferation, and invasion of cancerous cells for a wide array of cancers.

This is also true of Beef, Chuck which is between 60 and 75 percent water depending on the cut.

Does that mean we should drink more steak to prevent cancer? Or maybe marinate our beef in tea?

That's true. Careful or we might begin to wonder what YOU taste like marinated in red wine or tea or liquid Vitamin D or some other cancer-smiting substance.

The one day I went to the grocery store and decided to pick up a 1/2 gallon of acai/blueberry juice. Started drinking it at the office, and it was so good that I downed the entire container in an hour or two. No one told me of the side effects. I spent the rest of the evening at home on the toilet.

Ya, raw veggies foods are good to fight against the cancer.
Green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, roots beats, grapes, grapefruit, apple, green beans, and green tea are most beneficial foods that help to control the different types of the cancer.
