We've all seen the news clip of the Staten Island woman who has not had electricity for 3 days; Well this is how bad it is in the affluent Upper Makefield township

Due to continued electrical outages and in the best interest of the safety of its children and residents, Upper Makefield Township has postponed Halloween Trick-or-Treat activities until Wednesday, November 7.

This is the second or third postponement.

Most people should spend time in an evacuation shelter, imagine the NYC neighborhood which lost 50+ to a fire, not near rising waters.
Refugee camps with hospitals are another great learning lesson for 99.99999% of Americans.
