The person having a hissyfit about digital copyright violations is taking photos from MooTattoo's website.

That raises a very interesting question-

    Hal,
You are such a poor lawyer. Not only can you not cite the correct copyright law, you seem to forget that I'm a photographer. And no, those pictures did not directly come from the website you illegally posted. In fact, you are now the one who just violated copyright. What a dope.

Here are two people who have claimed to have put you on ignore but continue to instigate and respond. The term bouche dags comes to mind.

They just can't help themselves. One douchebag wishes to sue me because I mentioned eating a Wendy's hamburger a few months ago, another douchebag wants to sue me for making an inter web comment on a site that has a timecode to it... and where was I? 25th anniversary party of New Order in NYC. Damn, damn shame these inner web geniuses can stalk and pilfer and go through court filings and property records to stalk me, yet can't seem to put 2+2 together. Idiots.

Of course when Hal seizes my cel phone along with my cats, yoyos, and petrified asparagus collection, he'll be able to CSI my records and debase that! Thanks for helping Hal Bad Can A Lawer Suck!

A break in between appointments means that I get to catch up on my freelance graphic arts. I'm currently working on an ad campaign for a lawyer...

This thread is great! Is Hal actually a lawyer? Is Loveisnoise being sued because he hurt someone's feelings on the internet?

Hal is suing me because I said that I prefer my beef between Wendy's buns. I was clearly referring to the fast food chain. ArcticSplooge is suing me because he decided to make a libelous blog post about me on his suckadickey real estate blog, then got upset that someone said something about him on the inner webs...which is pretty funny since A)his idiot lawyer should know case law enough to know you can't sue an IP address, 2)any lawyer that would do such a case isn't much of a lawyer, and %)He showed a philadelphia IP address which is pretty funny since I was in NYC all day for the New Order 25th anniversary concert. Sucks to be both of them, I reckon.

And yes-unfortunately for his clients, Hal is an attorney.

    Hal and Chris Sawyer,
    Here are my terms.
Hal, I need legal representation. I received a bad fortune cookie for dinner. It reads, "The weather is wonderful." WTF kind of fortune is that?!?!?! Romance? Money? Wisdom? Noooooooo! Tell me something I already know? It gets worse, Halsuck. So, I got it from Number 1 China. Uhhhhhh, do you know how many Number 1 China's there are in this city?! Like Highlander, there can be only one-and the rest are falsely advertising. I say we subpoena their records, spouse's records, the records of Stormin' Norman and Stella since they eat there once in awhile. We'll get um all and bankrupt them, separate the properties, have Chris Sawyer check their land for delinquencies, then move in for the kill.

Sawyer-I need some bandit signs made. What are the highest quality ones that you've knocked down? I'm looking for durability and possibly a fuscia or slightly pastel variety. Maybe you can cross reference and find a bandit sign company that owes back taxes and we can cut a deal with them? 10% net commission for your troubles. Smooches!!!!

Hal is really an attorney? He can't even spell! These proposed lawsuits are hysterical. I would love to make a reality tv show of some of the characters on here. Let's keep this thread going. I propose a battle royale pay per view steel cage match with LIN, AS, and Hal all beating the crap out of each other. I hope I don't gut sub poenaed over this post.

Mine is a pre-complaint discovery motion to ISPs.

I don't know what Hal's thing is. I was in Germany when Hal and Noah beat each other up silly and both were banned.

I forgot to respond to Noah's email because it was in my Junk Mail folder. Noah, you posted the photos you're bitching about for free inspection in the public domain--you posted a photo that you took before the bandit sign was plastered with the pedophile sign on top, then you came back and posted a 2nd photo with the same pickup truck parked in front of the sign; and the subject also concerns me by your own commenting both when you posted it on here and on Facebook. It's fair use.

I'll be happy to hear from your LOLyer the argument otherwise.

Wow-yet again got me on mute but you can see my words. Amazing. You just can't help yourself.

And your new term 'lolyer' is amazing since it is you who has the cracker jack idiot sitting in fishtown entertaining this ridiculous waste of judicial resources. How ironic the person who is running around town getting into every neighborhood's business for betterment is needlessly sucking resources. Yet more proof that this is about your little pathetic ego.

And your 'LOLYER' is seriously ill-advising you if you honestly think that any photo in the 'public domain' can be put on a blog. That merely says that you have the mental capability of a goat and your Fishtown Esq has more teeth than IQ points.
