Default anyone see this happen? oktoberfest fool gets beaten by cop on south st.

    LiveLeak.com - Oktoberfest Justice

This idiot and his crew decided to spend South Street's Oktoberfest event spitting at passerby, throwing beer at people, insitgating fights and generaly doing their best to ruin everyones day. play time was over when the idiot decided to slap a cop.

PS. Why do many women in these incidents seem to feel that screaming "STTAAAHHP!!!!!" is going to defuse the situation?

How goddamn dumb do you have to be to assault a cop?

The idiot deserved it. He came to ready to fight some more. The cop was assaulted and sustained a cut to his face, and a knot on his head.

Further, if I heard once, I heard it 10 times from random people--"the guy was an *******"; "the guy deserved it".

It was only a matter of time until someone equated this instance, where a guy physically assaulted a PO, to the other instance, where the Lieutenant physically assaulted a civilian. Good work Count.

If you can't tell the difference between a situation like this and the PR parade, then I'm glad you're not a police officer.

Pretty certain it was Saturday, 9/29, at the Oktoberfest that Brauhaus Schmitz runs. This was the 4th Oktoberfest and the first time I've ever seen a problem. He came with his friends to be nothing more than a drunken spoiler. No one was upset to see him get taken down (finally).

Why in particular? By most accounts, that parade is a veritable ****show all day. And as in this video, you still can't see an account of what led up to the final confrontation.

Seriously? Because this guy was clearly combative and repeatedly refused commands by the officer to control himself. As opposed to some dumb idiot that sprayed silly string in the general direction of police officers and then walked away, only to later be struck basically without warning because of something someone else did. You don't see a difference?

With this guys behavior, I'm impressed the officer even spent so much time trying to reason with him. I would say this is the model of how police should conduct themselves in these situations, except honestly I think the leeway he gave this aggressive thug put the officer himself in danger.

Drove in from Chester County to do it. And so much older (43) than I was expecting.

Wait, so everyone can't blame people from NJ for this like they usually do?

Wait a second!! Essington is certainly not in Chester County. Not even close-DelCo. In fact, it's practically Philly...it's by the airport.

DelCo. I guessed he was from a more rural area like Chesco on account of his extra long goatee and metal t-shirt. Always fun playing "guess where the aggressive idiot comes from", particularly when it isn't philly.
