Curious... Is anyone else going to the Who Wants to be a Millionaire auditions being held on Thursday at the convention center? I'll try my hand at it... Seeing I'm off anyway it's no skin off my back.

I have auditioned in NY, it was a written test but they don't publish a passing score? Seemed fishy to me but we had fun.
I also auditioned in New York. I aced the written test but didn't make it past the interview. I don't see what the point is in publishing passing scores for this test.

Well, if you never let anyone know what a passing score is...say 95, then how will I know for sure if I didn't pass or you just didn't "select" me for personal reasons.
When I auditioned in New York, everyone took a written test, then some of those who took the test were called on to speak with screening interviewers on the spot. I'd say that setup made it quite clear who passed the test and who didn't. If they've changed that, then this might be a valid complaint.

That was pretty much what happened. They let about 215 in at a time. We sat down and took a 30 question ten minute multiple choice test that was in an envelope with a number on it. They then took the scantrons and ran them through the machine in a different room while the woman answered questions. They came back with a list of numbers that passed and called about 40 of them. People that passed were asked to stay seated to be interviewed while the non-passers (including me) left. One of my coworkers was in the group of 215 after me and said about the same number people passed. It was an experience.
Hello - I am new to this forum. I auditioned on Oct.11 in Philly as well, passed the test and made it through 2
rounds of interviews with the producers. I was told I would receive my postcard in 2/3 weeks. It's been @ 6 weeks
and I haven't received a postcard or a phone call. I know they said this season will wrap up taping at the end of the month
and I'm very curious if ill be in the pool for next season. Anyone else audition and receive/not receive a postcard??
