Sigh....
Sure it's 8 a.m. on weekends?

Section 1, line 11. Regular Construction. Construction between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8
p.m., Monday through Friday, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekends
and legal, national or state holidays.
With new construction houses immediately next to me I became intimately familiar with the noise ordinance earlier this year.![]()
So sorry, Mackey. I understand. I used to have a neighbor who was RETIRED and could do this any other day but he insisted on mowing his lawn at 7 a.m. on Saturday. AGGGH.
Yes, Old Mama, and I've found that's it always the idiots whose lawns take them all of 5 minutes to mow who do this on a regular basis. You'd think they had to do Longwood Gardens the way some of them have to get going at 7 on a Saturday or Sunday.
As for the construction, it's very annoying to hear buzzsaws and the like at 8 on a weekend. Even though it may be legal, you'd think they'd have some consideration for their neighbors and start later.
Ah, winter is coming. My favorite season, because it's cold and quiet!!!!
