    I live in Philadelphia in a low income house and after reading this new report,

    I am forced to think, what about my children, what about the people in my home, what is my community doing to help each other prepare for what is coming in the summer months. I'm worried about my kids are you worried about yours?

    It's not a bad idea for low-income elderly folks who can't get around. After all, you don't want Grandmom to swelter or suffer heat stroke. Heck, my parents didn't even have an air conditioner in their house until very recently. When we were kids, we got by with a couple of window fans. Before I moved into my current residence which has central air, I got by with a couple of used window units.

    I thought that's what watermelon and popsicles are for?! Both are free on your ACCESS card.

    I saw it for sale at Kmart in the clothing section when I went to the gallery mall for fried chicken. True story.
