It's trivial to alter the levels for a whole video. To do it for a specific area that is constantly moving, I'm not so sure. And for a news organization to purposefully take the time and resources to do that? For what?

Changing color for video isn't all that complex as it used to be. While I don't think it was done here, it's fairly doable. In about 10 minutes time I changed Chris May & Susan Barnetts skin tones. With more time & motivation, and research into true color theory (ie. money) I'm sure I could tweak it alot more and create a mask around their face to isolate it rather than the entire video & background. Even motion tracking it so whereever their head goes, the effect mask follows.

Maybe she's a chameleon? Anyway, these tanning beds can't be good for anybody. I had a good friend who passed away from skin cancer last year and he wasn't the type to deliberately lay out in the sun or use tanning salons. Imagine the problems she's going to have later in life. At very least, she's going to look like a wrinkled old bag like that lady in "There's Something About Mary."

But still, no matter how much flack she gets for her mothering, or her tan, she's not changing her ways, at least as far as her skin is concerned.

This is another picture of that lady who tried to tan her baby? It's ignorance like this lady's that slowly affects the rest of us indirectly. T:
