What's your favorite gift you're giving this year?

Some years I get lucky and find the perfect gift for some of my friends and family. Some years, not so much.
This year, I think I did ok.

I was out to dinner with my sister a while ago and listened to her complain that she just went shopping for clothes and some kitchen things and couldn't find one item that was made in the USA.
This year, I got her a gift certificate to the MadeinUSAforever website. It has different links to websites of companies that manufacture right here in America.
On the site was a company that does metal forging. I got my daughter a hand forged book marker to go with a book she asked for.

I went a little overboard with my son and godsons. But I think it will be worth it. I bought them a paintball marker set with all the accessories. I found a paintball field in Langhorne that might be perfect for newbie paintballers. I plan to invite them all to a paintball session at this field the day after Christmas to try out their new toys.

I know Christmas isn't about the gifts or how much they cost. But I love seeing the smile on someone's face when you give them a gift they really love.

Did anyone else find the perfect gift this year?

It ain't a present...
It ain't money....

I try not to get all commercial on Christmas.

I clean the house, decorate a little, get out the Christmas records, and invite people over to eat, drink, and converse.

Friends...

They always seem to have a great time, and I don't have to worry about specific gifts.
I hear about it for months, years.
"I had SUCH a good time that night" - I hear it from all.

Christmas eve and Christmas day at this house in Mayfair... let the hangovers begin.
