2012 Philadelphia Real Estate Tax Due

Very long story but I'm dealing with a residential refinancing and need to know when the Philadelphia Real Estate taxes are due for 2012. I know in the past it was Feb but I am now hearing Dec (this would impact closing costs). I can't find anything on OPA or Dept or Revenue on any information. The latest tax payment coupon I can print is for 2011. Anyone know the due date for 2012 Phila real estate tax?

Technically it's March, but you get a discount if you do it by Feb so everyone does it then.

"Real Estate Tax bills are sent in December for the following year and payments are due March 31st. If you pay on or before the last day of February, you receive a 1% discount."
