Expansion of Frankford Hall into neighboring property for BBQ pit, second location for Federal Donuts, replacement for James, and some decent restaurants for the Main Line (maybe?)

By far the most exciting announcement was the news that Peter Serpico is opening a restaurant on South St. with Starr backing.

Dude is a stud. Anyone who can open a restaurant with Chang has my respect. And Ko is damn near amazing.

Yeah, this place should rock. And it's replacing the ugly ass Foot Locker. Maybe this will inspire others to bring more class to this section of South.

Oh Lordy...another south street basher. This stretch do south street isn't nearly what some of want to make it out to be and south street has a plethora of amazing and varied dining.

Hate to say it but the dining and drinking east of 6th St is pretty solidly mediocre with only two or three exceptions. There is very little that isn't represented better in other neighborhoods, of which most are much more pleasant to be at on a weekend night.
