What place would not be crowded at say, 2pm on a Saturday?

I don't know that any of these places would be crowded at 2pm on Sunday. Kraftwork and Johnny Brenda's are more options.

Kraftwork can get crowded at that time, and Memphis is definitely crowded (thanks to Guy).
BlindPig only does Sunday brunch, as well as Interstate.
