Went there last night for the first time, we loved it!!! We went to try the new Pumpkin beer cheddar burger but all wound up with other burgers. The adult milkshakes were great and we had a outside table with a firepit. Can't wait to go back.

Never mind
PYT was great when it opened. Now it's a great place to go if you only want to see your waiter once every 45 minutes and wait 2 hours for a burger.
I'd agree that the service wasn't the best but we still had a great time...we will goback, hopefully they still have the pumpkin burger.
Nope, not a joke. Just my opinion of my experience.
i had terrible service and food there but i really don't think that's there bread and butter. Adult milkshakes and condoms would seem to sell better there.
You know they are not really alone in the bar/restaurant category of basically having restaurant clientel during restaurant hours and more bar clientel during bar hours i.e. the last time I ate there the food was fine, the service not terrible and no "thuggish" Sat. night crowd. A rowdy crowd on Fr. and Sat. nights after the dinner rush is done does not negate the fact you might be able to have a satisfactory dining experience the rest of the time.
Food is pretty good at this place and service is fine as long as you get a table near where the waiters hang out. If you're tucked in a corner, forget about it.
A lot of places charge automatic gratuity if several people are at a table. PYT may have changed the amount of people before requiring gratuity, but they still put it on for a table of 6 or more. I can assure you that your scenario never occurred at PYT. And I have no idea what the hell white guilt has to do with any of this except NE's typical penchant towards racism.
OH-and the pumpkin burger is by far the best burger they've made in quite some time. Brilliant job. Each time I went in the past week, the owner greeted me, offered me a beer when they were busy one night, and service was decent.
Who said anything about a conspiracy? I happen to know the owner and he always works to make sure customers are comfortable. Honestly, if their is a forced tip I'd laugh since its 10% less than what I normally give. They obviously did do it at one point to some tables or events but it isn't for the reasons suggested.
DHS hopes to get same cyber-spying...
