Lehigh Ave. Arts Festival?

Last weekend I was at Stock's Bakery and happened upon an Arts Festival. They were just getting set up, but I browsed through it for a bit.
There was a young woman setting up her display of hand made ceramic designs--mostly what appeared to be incense holders. She told me she made them herself and made them just a block away from the festival.
They were really pretty, and if I had more time, I'd have waited for all her stuff to be displayed.
Does anyone know who she was and if she has a website or a gallery/shop?
My friend's parents bought a shore house and are proud to say it's 95% Made in America furniture, appliances, etc. (No easy task!)
I'd love to get them a nice piece of something made here in Philly to hang on their wall somewhere.
