For those who haven't see it, the somersault team will take something they see on Philadelphia speaks-like a murder, then blog, then put link on here so that they can capitalize on death. It is a common advertising tactic being done by Remaxx associates.

I think they might be referring to the old Kensington Brewery-- the 5 story vacant building near Frankford Hall-- also within that same two blocks.

I also love their gross inaccuracies. Acropolis was not sold-it closed due to retirement and the owners are leasing it to new tenants.

Gotta love how realtors bull****. I wouldn't be surprised if they have property for sale or lease somewhere around here since they were far too blind to mention anything other than a block of Fishtown.
