OMG! That's disgusting! I can't imagine living nextdoor to that- or even on the same block. I would be freaking out every minute of every day! I would probably need to be sedated--that's how bad I hate bugs!!

Go look at Streetview on this block. It's amazingly well kept.

If you visit it now, house 810 has dramatically declined since the last time Google drove past it. In the FOX29 video the mailbox has fallen off and the tenants secured it to the handrail with plastic zip ties. The neighbors have had to get rid of plants because of all the bug spraying.

It's amazing what crappy tenants combined with the right landlord can do to a property in just a short length of time.

I saw that on Fox News the other night. Disgusting! Another foreign scumbag landlord living in the burbs who doesn't give a $hit about his rental properties. As long as he gets the rent every month, that's all that matters! This one hiding behind a P.O. box in King of Prussia, no less.

Looks like the couple in 808 are renters, too. They should sue the SOB for undue stress, etc.

This is also the same address the City has been using when they've been suing him. I haven't bothered to find where the guy goes to bed at night, because I'm hoping since I posted to his Tennis Camp facebook page (here -> https://www.facebook.com/juliankrinskycampsprograms) that he'll drive down from the Main Line and come take care of this problem in a jiffy.

I don't see what the cure is after clearing the property other than to not renew the lease. The tenants not throwing out their trash can't be helping matters at all.
