SE Corner 2nd and Master

This is the site of the old nuisance bar, El Presidente, which fortunately closed a number of years ago. In the interim, major renovations have taken place including converting the second floor apartment into another level for what appears to be an upcoming restaurant. There are a few building permits taped to the windows, but other than that, there have been no orange LCB applications posted or other notices of what's going on. Also, there has never been any community notices for zoning for a restaurant or the second floor conversion. Anyone have any idea what's going on here?

That building has been under construction for at least the past year. For a while, construction had stopped. Now it's very active again. Beyond that, I don't know
