It's alive, but word of action that I've heard. I'd guess next spring maybe? I hope the design remains similar to the original.

That's where it'd have to be, unless they're tearing down that one warehouse, which I'm pretty sure is in use. Old train yard and then a junk yard. I hope they clean(ed) that lot well.
