    The point is the neighborhood blows way less because he already sunk more money into it than most of us will ever have. Are there obvious, gaping holes left? Absolutely, but there used to be way more. This isn't Central Planning where you build stuff because all at once because you want it. Some day, and given the insane prices in that neighborhood, I doubt it will take long, the remaining holes will be filled.

    Does no one else remember NoLibs in 2004?
