See? You have a gift.
I work on Broad St. One day in April I was on my way to work, walking along Wood St. I got to 11th and a group of middle-aged white guys gave me "the eye." On the next block I see about 100 guys (literally) on the sidewalk, so I decide to walk in the street. There was a wet spot on the ground, which I thought was water since it had rained overnight and the temperatue was in the high 40's.
Well, my feet went out from under me and I barely got my hands down to break my fall. It was an oil slick. A bunch of the guys on the sidewald start hooting and hollering. Now, at the time I figured these guys were waiting to start their shift on the building being renovated. Little did I know that somebody from this gang actually poured the oil in the street. The video is on the phillybully site.
My injuries did not require medical attention but I lost a good shirt and a pair of pants and my shoes were all messed up.
It's one thing to protest a site with a big inflatable rat, but once you start hurting people, that's another thing.
I wonder how tough these guys are when you catch them alone, on the sidewalk in front of their homes. I'll bet it's a different story then.
This is absolutely the biggest bunch of b.s. I ever heard... unless you are possibly talking about these pagans.
Home
I get the eye from them too on the way into Jany's. A few weeks ago when they were protesting from the other side of the street before the parking lot was fenced in I walked through their crowd and crossed the street toward the work site to the diner and when I got near the site fence the security guards all jumped and flinched because they thought I was one of the union guys coming to start sh*t. I snickered and told them "I'm not one of them but you guys could kick those pussies' asses anyways" and they laughed. But that's how on edge those site workers are all day.

Here's the story. A guy who is working on that job is a Pagan from Jersey, (but imagine that, I thought they were only going for city folk). On trying to get his truck in the gate he may have gotten a little "roughed up", next day he bring two fine member back with him and they had the same success their buddy did.
I really could care less if you think it's bull **** or not
Agreed my friend. I have several in my local, but they are really no more then a bike club at this point in time
Then why post it if no one believes you? You've lied or omitted important details about literally everything else you've reported from the site, from the impending agreement to the injured Asian carpenter to the hand-poured concrete footing. Everything you type about it henceforth is garbage.
I do like the way you admit to an assault by these "protesters" who have an injunction against blocking deliveries. Would you like to give more details so we can follow with law enforcement, news media, and councilman Kenney?
No colors, it was just known who he was by an Iron Worker.
The situation is more insane right now than I've ever seen it. They're waiting to block a delivery. There's teams of about 10 set up on corners all over the neighborhood with walky-talkies. It's like a para-military operation.
Where's the media on this? This is getting completely out of hand, and the police appear either unwilling or unable to stop it. I'd LOVE to hear the FOP's standpoint on this issue.
In addition, I'm no lawyer, but wouldn't the delivery companies be able to file lawsuit for harassment against the unions for this?
They need to deploy a decoy lunch truck from one direction and then sneak the deliveries in from the other direction.![]()
