^^ This would so not happen in a conceal carry and right to defend state (such as TX)! yeah, gang up on a wrong guy and you are quickly six feet under.
Philly tolerates way too much sh(t from everyone.

You can get a license to carry a concealed firearm in PA and use it to defend yourself on the streets with PA's new Castle Law. Really, PA does have pretty lenient gun laws. Maybe not as lenient as some southern states, but probably the most lenient in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast.

someone should put a camera there-wouldn't that be interesting. Maybe one of the guys throwing nails etc on the road would be arrested-hmmm
The Pestronk brothers have put up numerous cameras around their project. Videos are all available on their website of union members doing lots of illegal things, ranging from assaulting workers at the site, blocking traffic, and sabotaging the work site. However, with the stranglehold unions have on Philadelphia politics its unlikely any of these bums will get arrested.

I call bull****, if video was available then someone post it online and youtube it and let it go viral. That would end ANY stranglehold unions have on Philadelphia politics.
I find it funny in the this day and age that no one is using the power of the internet to end all this if they actually had video...
****, if you look at it, if it was for this message board, this story wouldn't even gotten two seconds of media coverage.

As I recall the new Castle Doctrine applies wherever you have a "legal right to be" or something similar. I read up on it a lot when it first came out, but it's been a while. From what I recall as long as you're not committing another crime and you have a legal right to be where you are, you're allowed to use deadly force to defend yourself if you're threatened with bodily harm. I'm not a lawyer, so I would seek out some actual council before I did anything like this though.

There you go(Tho I would like more damming footage then slapping and hitting...), now lets get this out there and get CNN and FoxNews to blast them to hell....
Because the only community hurting from this is the one that wants to keep Philly from moving forward without greasing their palms.

Germantown
These union thugs can [clean version] go take a hike. How dare they protest and say things under that guise. I can only imagine how much they put down Germantown every time they drive to it and stand there protesting.
Post Brothers are investing in my community. The union guys are looking for ways to extract money from my community. As if it's a question as to who we should be supporting here.
It might be worth sending a set of links (vids, Inky stories, phillybully website, etc.) to a national media outlet - as mentioned above. I think the story would be better coming from a local resident who is fearful of walking home because of these slugs - any takers?
Edit: Fox news would eat this crap up - especially with whole angle around lack of enforcement by local authorities due to the union political ties, etc.
