Agreed! I also have a problem with the costs that are incurred when employing unions. In my field (programming), those of us with degrees are paid the same as those without degrees. Those with degrees have a better chance of advancing, but up to a certain point we're paid the same. In that vein, employers can require someone has a degree or it isn't necessary. Unions could be considered similar to those with degrees, right. Avoid giggling about a union member with a higher education.![]()
