2400 Block of Perot Street

Hello. Checked out a house on the 2400 block of Perot Street. Anyone have an opinion of the street? It seemed pretty nice.

It is a *very* nice block! Very community oriented....lots of neighborly interactions, block parties, stoop chatting, etc.

Lots of families and kids.
